At the Quilting Phase.
Which is considerably less tedious than the Wrap An Embroidery Hoop Over Four Layers of Batting Phase. I broke two hoops and relieved myself of most of the skin on my thumb and forefinger getting those lotuses (all six of them) tight enough to embroider.
But the quilting is fun. No more hoops for one. And a girl on Flickr, who goes by the name of Nellienell, introduced me to the secret of sewing with metallic thread (secret = BIG needles, >100).
So I'm merrily quilting away in silver, and it's all starting to look like a great big spiderweb.
